Reporting a code problem

First compare the original downloaded example with the version on your site. If the standalone example works but your page does not, note whether WordPress removed scripts during saving, whether your theme changed the selectors, or whether cached assets are still loading. The JavaScript installation guide explains these checks.

What helps us investigate

Include the code’s article title, expected behavior, actual behavior, and the smallest set of steps that reproduces the issue. Describe the editor you used and whether the issue happens on the published page or only inside the editor. Screenshots should exclude private information.

Support availability and response times have not been promised. This publication does not ask for administrator access to your site.
